Our annual commemoration of the life and teachings of St. Francis, this year on Sunday, October 6, always includes the Blessing of Pets, and it's always a fun and furry time. On what was a beautiful fall afternoon, over a dozen dogs and cats came with their humans to the St. Paul's parking lot to be blessed. It's hard to get photos of the active, wiggly, furry congregation, but here are a few scenes from the day.
