Blessed be our Pets!

St. Paul's celebrated the Feast of St. Francis at the annual Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, October 8 in the church parking lot. Greeted by occasional barks, a rare growl, a lot of wags, some trembling, and a few licks,, Fr. Rob blessed each pet gathered.

As St. Francis said, "Pure, holy simplicity confounds all the wisdom of this world and the wisdom of the flesh." We give thanks to God for the pure and simple love our cherished pets give us!
